Neji Hyuga

I drew this for a friend one day, I think, after Valentines Day... 2015. I have been busy so, having time now, I'm posting this at about 12:30 in the morning... Being me, I left the drawing on the table for two seconds, and when I came back it had water splashed all over it (I hope you can't really tell where)! I almost cried...  That was the weekend I finished it. What luck... right? Either way, enjoy it!
